Joanne was an absolutely WONDERFUL person to work as we purchased our first home.
She is reliable when it comes to communication, information and being on time. She always made time to get back to us quickly when we texted or called her with a new listing we wanted to see, and made that viewing happen as quickly as possible so we never missed out on a potential home. Joanne is very knowledgeable about her profession, and her wisdom and insight were invaluable to us as first time home-buyers. She spent many evenings beside us, making sure that our viewings/offers/inspections/closings all happened within the tight time-frame we had! We were made to feel like a priority, even amongst her very busy schedule. Joanne is someone I would wish to work with over and over again She is warm, caring, honest and patient - all the things I didn't even know I needed in a realtor!
